This is the second time I have used Sherwood Inspection Services. I requested Andre Benard for the second house I was lookkng to purchase as he had found a few red flags which could have been very costly on the first house. Andre was personable, thorough, very knowledgeable, honest and concerned for my well being and I learned a lot from him. He takes his job serious and educates you. He is an exceptional inspector.
