Adam came out and was actually early to the appointment. He didn’t waste any time. He got right to work and did a very thorough inspection. He worked quickly but he didn’t miss a beat. Just because he was moving fast this doesn’t mean he skipped anything. He answered questions as we went and explained everything in simple terms. I had the report that night. I might mention it was a Friday night too. He was excellent. I would 100% recommend using him.

Adam was awesome and did an amazing job. Very professional and as he said “I’m here for you”. Made me feel I could trust his input and judgement. I’ll definitely recommend him and the company again.

Very good experience from start to finish with this company. The office staff was very helpful in scheduling our inspection; on inspection day, the inspectors themselves were punctual, thorough, and very patient with all questions. The report arrived back in a timely fashion and was a whopping 52 pages with pictures and no detail too small to be included.

I have no hesitation in recommending them for inspection services!

Adam & Michelle did a home inspection on a potential property I was ready to purchase. They were extremely thorough, and very very helpful. They walked us through all the issues, in simple terms to be easily absorbed by someone who has no knowledge of home issues. For the amount we paid, I am extremely satisfied with the report, especially since the selling agent avoided a lot of the issues in the MLS report. We've backed out of the sale, and feeling relieved we were saved from big problems and lots of projects down the road. I will be using them for any future inspection!
