Michelle with SIS did an inspection for my buyers on their home purchase (I'm a Realtor) and she was such a pleasure. She arrived with her own SIS branded door mat to wipe her feet before entering the home and put out an array of snacks and water. She was extremely thorough and explained everything to my buyers and I in detail along with providing tips for things to look for and be aware of. WOW! This company is great! I had a man named Brad that came out and really listened to everything that I said about the house and the possible mold concerns. His unbiased conversation as he walked me through the house slowly and explained what he was looking for with a "mold 101" course was absolutely wonderful! It really helped me to understand a lot more about mold and where it comes from and how it continues to stay in a house. The detailed report sent to me was extremely thorough. I am so happy that I had this inspection done! It was worth every penny and I would certainly highly highly highly recommend this company for the inspection!
