As first-time homebuyers, the inspection process was everything we hoped for and more. Jay was extremely thorough, took his time inspecting the house, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We learned things we had never even considered when evaluating a house. I highly recommend Jay at SIS! I didnt know inspections could be fun, but this was!

Dwight was on time and prompt. He was very polite and respectful. When we started the inspection Dwight walked me through the stuff of concerns and showed me as we went along. Dwight gave advice as how to resolve some of the issues as we went along. He was very clean while he was working and did a 3-4 walk around the house to catch everything possible. Dwight was very attentive and showed attention to detail while while he was doing his inspection. While he was testing the electrical he would show me the discrepancies as they arise. I enjoyed his company and would definitely use Dwight again in the future.
