He was very thorough and professional and explained everything he was doing and what he was seeing as he went through the house. I called at least six different companies for my home inspection and based on customer service, price and what they offer, Sherwood was the my choice and I definitely made the right one after this experience!

Wayne got to the house for our home inspection before we did, and had already begun his exterior look around when we arrived! I was imediatley greeted with a smile, and soon after with pleasant conversation about his many decades in construction!

Inspection was very professional and thorough. The inspector was helpful, courteous and repeatedly asked if we had any questions before moving on to the next section or area. He also answered our questions as best he could, and honestly, including telling what he could not see or determine .
