We had a great experience with Sherwood Inspection. Dwight S was very thorough, taking his time on each part of the home and answering our questions along the way. He was knowledgeable and personable. If we thought of a question after the inspection he was available to clarify. All in all we had a great experience and would recommend their services, and were very lucky to have Dwight!

Inspector Todd Disston showed up on time. Provided water & snacks! Did a very thorough inspection. Gave a detailed explanation to the buyers w recommendations. Afterwards followed up immediately with a detailed report. I will definitely be referring Todd Disston to my Clients moving forward!!! Very Professional Class Act!!!

Matthew, Rhonda, and their teammates provided a thorough inspection that lasted nearly three hours and left no detail unnoticed. As first-time homebuyers, we appreciated them allowing us to shadow them throughout the inspection and educating us on the features and mechanical systems of the house. We promptly received detailed reports with photos and advice for repairs, upgrades, and regular maintenance and were able to get our follow-up questions answered. We were left with a wealth of actionable information. We would definitely recommend Sherwood and use them in the future.
