Shelf Genie Mesa was a delight to work with. From design to install it was well done. They didn’t stop until it was perfect. It was a difficult pantry, narrow and deep, situated over a vent return so quite a challenge. But the results are outstanding. I have more usable space and everything is easy to see and reach.

They did a great job with redoing the inside of a cabinet that never got used. So much more organization now! Highly recommend.

Shelf Genie understood exactly what I wanted when they came to see my cabinets. The pullouts and the draw dividers for my pot lids, bakeware, and plastic lids are so perfect. The pullouts mean I don't have to get on the floor to reach in the back any more! They are great!

The owner Sabrina, and the sales rep LeAnne were friendly and made the experience fun. They were patient and listened to what we wanted. They worked with us from beginning to end to show us many options and provide the product that best worked for us. The installer Jim was awesome too! We love our ShelfGenie shelves!!!!

Overall, I would do it again. this is a premium product that I expect to have and use for years. It makes the kitchen much more functional and great improvement to static pantry shelves. There was a mix up in measurements causing multiple trips to finally get installed. But Sabrina was in contact and very communicative. It is not alway about the mistakes that happen, but how you recover. They did a great job and a bit longer than expected is a small inconvenience that will soon be forgotten. I would use them again because things don’t always go perfect. But dealing with it appropriately will always be in style.
