I have been a commercial real estate property manager for over forty years and have business relationships with hundreds of vendors and contractors. I have known of Sharp, Robbins & Popwell but did not make a connection until Andy Holt became an employee. I immediately liked him and formed a relationship with him through our volunteering with BOMA. I have to know that I can trust someone to do the right thing - I don't worry about that with Andy. All of the work assigned has been consistently professional, reliable with high quality workmanship associated with project management in controlling time, cost and value from inception to completion. This includes the pre-design, design, procurement, construction and post construction process. The staff is always conscientious about following protocol while working in close proximity to buildings occupied by tenants in regard to the tenant's safety. This also requires careful material handling and extreme cautionary safety standards for the protection of the property near the work site as well. It is essential for me to have experienced and credible contractors. I also value the advice of the staff when it involves a situation that I am not as knowledgeable. Their work always exceeds my expectations and I'm very selective!
