The SWR team worked together with me from start to finish on relpacing my weather damaged roof and gutters. The process began with an amazing consultation with Bear. He wacheduled multiple appointments
with me and was as patient and throughly answered every one of my questions, especially pertaining to the paperwork and contract. He said I asked more questions than anyone before. I mentioned I negotiate contracts for a living. 🙂 Other times, he was timely with responses and updates. He discussed the process addressing my expectations. He handed the process off to the next person. Andrew was considerate and very professional, keeping me informed of scheduling, issues with material delivery, and executed quick resolutions. Until Severe Weather Roofing came along there was no way that my work was going to actually get done. I was stuck dealing with a company that didn't really seem to want to help me out. These guys have been a huge help! I got a packet from my insurance company and they apparently expected me to understand what it meant and what to do? Not the case for me I've never really had to do insurance before.

But luckily Severe and Andrew have been huge in helping explain what the pages actually mean to me and helped me make sure I actually got helped out when not everything was going to be taken care of at first. It was nice that I didn't have to mess with talking to insurance instead they just did it and kept me looped in!

Severe weather roofing has been my go to roofing company for rental properties and my house. I first contacted them a year and a half ago about replacing a roof on a rental property. I worked with Derek Who was always good about answering all of my questions and explaining how the process worked. This summer when my house was hit by a storm I didn’t hesitate to contact Severe weather roofing to work on my house. Once again they did not disappoint!!! Josh was always available to answer my questions regarding my insurance company( not easy to deal with) and the payment process. After the new roof was installed I thought there might be a leak from a bathroom fan, Derek was quick to come over and do an inspection both inside and out. Good news, everything was fine! Severe Weather Roofing came by my house at the end of June to take a look at my roof. Their sales agent, Sam said he was working on another house in the neighborhood when he saw our roof from the neighbors and noted some wind damage. After we gave him permission to jump up there and take some pictures he said we had some pretty badly damaged shingles and we should think about getting that taken care of before winter time. He was not pushy and assured me that they would take care of all the hard work. Sam helped me call my insurance company and walked me through all the paperwork needed to get the process started. He said their idea is to limit the stress on the home owner, which they ultimately did.

We had an ice dam damage our roofline that caused water to run inside our kitchen wall this winter. I called Severe Weather Roofing because of all of the positive reviews and they really came through for us! John and Andrew came the same day I called and gave me an assessment. They were able to identify the problem and then even had a tech come that evening to do an emergency repair on the roof! Severe Weather had just finished replacing our roof when we had the bad hail storm here in Fort Collins this summer. They had done such a good job the first time that we hired them to do it again.
We are very pleased with everything from start to finish. They charged a fair price, the roofers were friendly, finished the job in a timely manner, and cleaned up everything when finished. Oh and another very important thing they did was deal with our insurance and mortgage company so we didn't have to. Yeah!

Even though my insurance co denied my claim SWR gave me an excellent price on my roof. It was very aged and in dire need of replacement. The crew showed up within 2 weeks. In one day the roof was complete and my gutters were on the very next day. I was delighted with the workmanship and the quality of the materials.
