As a local Fort Collins real estate broker I came across Severe Weather roofing on one of my clients houses. John was so responsive and quick to address the buyers roofing concerns that came up at inspection. He got the roof repairs done quickly and his communication was fantastic. A roof inspection while our house was up for sale revealed damage to our "hail-resistant" roof that had occurred during a hailstorm years earlier. We needed our roof replaced quickly. John Anderson came out to check our roof and quickly sent us an estimate, plus he was able to get us scheduled within about a week. John also handled a very difficult and unexpected problem with solar panels on our roof that had to be removed and reinstalled to finish the roof.
