i would strongly recommend severe weather roofing. i live 15 miles out of town and they were the only company that came to look at my roof. luckily for me severe weather roofing found hail damage and got my insurance company to pay for a new roof.

Determining who to use for your roofing needs can be a very difficult decision. I went to Google myself to check on customer reviews as a place to start. I called 3 different companies for consultation and an onsite evaluation. The rep from Severe Weather Roofing (SWR) , Josh, was thorough and explained all of my options and the replacement process from the beginning. Josh also explained all of the parties involved, insurance company, insurance adjuster, mortgage company and what I should be expecting from each of them in this process.
The real beauty was how easy SWR made all steps along the way so painless. Josh was there for every meeting and phone call that was necessary to complete the job. I had no idea all of the hoops necessary to jump through and Josh took care of all of those steps as PROMISED!

After the June hailstorm, I called John Anderson at Severe Weather Roofing because of my last experience with him 4 years ago. Again, John came to my house on my schedule, went over everything, and he gave me my options. He was very open about his busy schedule, but promised to have my house completed before Thanksgiving, or any very cold weather. My house is now done, and we could not be more pleased.
John has high standards, and holds all his subcontractors to those standards. Coming from a construction family, I am very impressed with how they all were very detailed in their work. I'll definitely use the Severe Weather Roofing team again.
