We had water damage to our home, hired ServiceMaster and were pleased with their services. We had a big trip planned and the Contents Project Manager was kind enough to search through our belongings to find some of our personal items so we would have them for our trip. I was surprised and impressed that they did that for us.
The day before Thanksgiving, when we ran out of loss of use money, our insurance company informed us they would no longer pay for our stay. We had to return to our home, which was still under construction. This was incredibly stressful, and potentially dangerous, because my husband is disabled, uses a wheelchair, and was recently diagnosed with dementia. Showed up on very fast response time due to a water leak in my upstairs bathroom that leaked down two floors to my basement. All were very friendly and we all hard workers and knew what job they had to do and were very quick at it. Showed up three times during this process, and was always on time and very quick.
