Used car salesmen best way to describe them. Was told be done in 2 days they took 4, my wife almost lost her retail job because they thought she was taking days off to goof off. Was told everything was included by salesman. My wife heard him too because I specifically asked about foor preparationand leveling. Been on thousands of commercial job sites and I've seen floor prep so I knew that you don't just throw a floor down. But once contractor showed up I was told they were gonna need extra for floor cement and plywood, $1200 when all said and done. This is after I paid $12,999 in full. After I was told by salesman this price covered all. When I called I got into yelling match with senile old fool that said he would never say floor prep was included.
