What a help!! Frankly, I was a bit skeptical at first about contacting a service to help us in finding a multi-level senior living residence for my 74 year old sister who was diagnosed with early Alzheimer's. But, I am so glad that I did!

From the first, Kerry was wonderful. It was easy and quick to make contact. On the phone, Kerry listened and asked excellent questions about the full situation. Then she went to work immediately. By the afternoon, we had some initial places to consider. She arranged for my nephew to visit some residences first before showing them to my sister. Through this process, we better defined our criteria and narrowed the options to two good choices. Both were acceptable, and Kerry then arranged for visits with my sister and my nephew and his wife. In the end, everyone agreed on the same top choice. Yay! My sister will move in within the next week.

I can't compliment Kerry enough. She was exactly the expert that we needed to guide us in this difficult but essential process. Her knowledge, contacts, and communication skills were exceptional.

Lastly, I can assure you that I am not always so glowing in my reviews. I can be quite critical when warranted. But, in this case, Kerry earned an A+ in every area.
