Senior Living Experts

When I was faced with the need to find a facility for my mother, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Dementia, I was referred to someone at the Senior Living Expert. The representative I spoke with, Nancy, helped me locate a place that had a Memory Care Unit (My mom was transferred to SNF unit when her needs warranted the move.) When my mother's resources were depleted, this place helped my mom apply for Medicaid. Even though it was more than 20 miles from my home, I felt it was a safer place for my mom then for her to live on her own. I recognized that there is no perfect place, but this residence was the best for my mom...and me. I visit 2-3 times/week to get to know the staff, and to let them know more about my mom's needs.
