I would recommend SendMyCall. So far for my opinion it is the best small business phone system because they offer a great variety of features, good customer support, and at a price is competitive with 8×8 and much less than RingCentral.

Great company with great customer service. I was out of the states for over a year and they held my number and I never ran into any technical problems. Was able to receive and send calls without any issues. Great company and I look forward to working with them again!
