Sherri helped me find my perfect home. I was house-hunting in Texas while living in another state, in a different time zone. She was willing to accommodate my needs, conducting house viewings/tours over FaceTime or FB calls, graciously using the phone camera to show me around each place so that I could see the properties as she walked around. Sherri's knowledge and expertise was very helpful during the offer(s) process. She provides a lot of the standard information (comps, etc.) but was also a helpful thought partner and was willing to jump on the phone to talk through any questions I had. She was also very helpful in communicating with other realtors to address questions I had, either about the property or about something related to putting in an offer. I worked with a less proactive and experienced realtor before being referred to Sherri and it really enhanced my appreciation for her people skills and industry experience.
