I received phone calls to guide me through the process during this very stressful and traumatic time. It is nice to get a live voice instead of a recording when you are suffering from anxiety related to a cancer diagnosis.

It was great, Payton was great. You never know what you're getting yourself into on the internet these days (which is why I had my daughter read it before I signed!) I've reached the point in my life where I've switched roles with my daughter. Even my granddaughters are great. Not sexist at all. I just wasn't blessed with grandsons. Anyway, thank you for your help, Payton. You really are great, too.

The representative I spoke to was Lindsay. She was very helpful with the document I was to sign. I had one concern regarding appearing for proceedings and another concern regarding fees. My understanding from Lindsay was that this was just the first step, that I would have a chance to voice my concerns with the attorney.
