Secure Inspections Services inc

Very professional and thorough. Will use again for the next house

John was so helpful in explaining the entire process and what to expect during our home inspection. His employees in the office were also extremely nice and understanding with me, especially since I’m new to this whole experience. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Received very detailed report for house we were looking to purchase. Very thorough.

John is extremely responsive, prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend Secure Inspection Services for your inspection needs.

These guys do a great job every time would highly recommend them

Great inspector

Absolutely the most thorough, professional home inspection company available! Not only a home inspection service! They also do mold testing and pest inspections. Wouldn't trust anyone else!

Great SErvice from John and his team

Always had an excellent experience with secure inspection services. They do a thorough job, and myself and my clients have been very pleased for years. I highly recommend them.

Fabulous and very thorough. Thank you so much for inspecting my new home!

Very prompt, courteous from fist contact till process complete, which was very timely, highly recommend.

Secure inspection services did a wonderful and very thorough job with our home inspection. Their report was very comprehensive, understandable and included pictures of all issues. Would definitely recommend them!

This is our second time using Secure Inspection Services. We had John Gainey each time. I found his work to be thorough and John is a detailed communicator. If you are making a home purchase or preparing your home for a sale, you should hire Secure Inspection Services.

I had Larry from Secure Inspection inspect my first ever purchase at the beach. Larry was kind enough to spend the time to walk me through a lot of things I was unfamiliar with. He was very thorough and tested everything. The company also includes a 6mo warranty on all appliances.

Thorough and informative every step of the way.
Thank you!

Conducted comprehensive inspection. Detailed items that needed to be addressed. Confident that inspection served its purpose.

The staff at Secure Inspection Services is responsive and helpful. Specifically the inspector Larry Melton did a thorough inspection at my new home for the 11 month warranty. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend him and the company.

Very great service.

Excellent inspection services ! John & Terri Gainey & Inspector Larry are all great to work with ! Larry kept me informed and prioritized items. The final documented report was professionally put together, easy to read and understand with lots of photographs. The inspection & report were excellent!

Very thorough inspection with a lot of knowledge and effort put forth.

Want to Thank Secure Inspection Services for their stare to finish unparalleled performance.

They excelled even when presented with extremely difficult scheduling requirements.

I cannot say enough about their service.

We give our strongest recommendation to the best choice for Home Inspection Service!!

We had a fantastic experience working with John (and Terry!) from Secure Inspection. I was unable to be present for the inspection but received a detailed final report that was clear and included photos of the concerns that needed abatement. I would highly recommend them for any home inspection needs.

I have hired many inspectors in my life, but none compare to John. He is the most knowledgeable person I have ever had the pleasure of working with, and the most important part of our interaction was the fact that he broke things down in layman’s terms for me so that I would understand everything, no matter how long it took or how many questions I asked. He was exceptionally communicative, patient, and extremely timely, and if I ever need his services again, I will not hesitate to give him a call. If you want the best Inspector around, looking further. You have found him.

John and his amazing crew were terrific. They are incredibly thorough and professional. If I ever have to do a future home inspection these will be the people I choose. Many thanks to the team at secure home inspections! Not only did they do a detailed home inspection, but they also did a mold testing of the home with rapid turnaround for the report. Their drone inspection of the roof gave us info we otherwise wouldn’t have known.

Very thorough inspection. Even though this was for a new construction home, we wanted to be sure we had a professional inspection done. John and his team performed a comprehensive inspection covering every nook and cranny inside and outside of the home, finding some things that certainly would've caused trouble and grief down the road. Well worth the cost of the services and will gladly use him again.

John did the inspection for our new home. He was extremely thorough and explained features that needed our builder to look into. We are grateful that he was able to fit us in on short notice and his report was available within just a couple of days. It was very helpful to have this information before meeting with the builder before our walk through. Thanks for the great job. Carol and Steve.
