Attorney Smallwood is extremely knowledgeable about the law, which helped create a trusted relationship between the two of us. His office staff is very responsive, I was never left in the dark about anything going on. Ultimately I had an amazing experiences and would highly recommend for all of your family law needs!!

When I started my search for a Divorce attorney I quickly realized how Unhelpful many people were and Expensive! My case was somewhat different then most and many of the first lawyers I spoke to gave me a lot of false information and a few were very rude to me but when I reach out to Sean’s office I immediately saw a different level of professionalism and efficiency. Sean was able to answer all of my questions and even provided extra information that I never thought of, this sealed the deal for me and I moved forward with Sean Smallwood as my attorney.

Updated: although we did not fully get the outcome we truly believe should have back when we hired him in 2012 with the situation and circumstances from Mr. Smallwood’s work on our case. He did reach out to provide the documents we had asked for to see where the funds went & although I still believe our representation should have ended with better & more results as he had called it a “slam dunk case” at the first meeting, I now believe his intentions and understanding has dramatically changed at the new reviews he has received.

Had some general questions about custody of my daughter, child support, and many other general topics when it comes to family cases . Mr. Smallwood was able to give me his undivided attention. Sean Smallwood and his team are by far the best family attorneys in Orlando, if not the country. Sean’s team was able to help me during the most difficult time of my life. I went from not seeing my kids at all for 3 months to a 50/50 timeshare and it started the next day.
