Thanks to Seal Smart we can keep our wooden deck several more years before we replace it. Then when we replace it we’re gonna do Seal Smart right away! And we’ll be able to have that deck for “deck-ades!”

Super impressed at the demonstration show. My driveway is very clean but my cracks are enlarging with chips. It looks pretty bad. Talked with Brandon and he has
promised to come by soon and look at it. My neighbors tell me I got ripped off (didn't tell them how much I paid). Hoping you will come by and make things right.

Excellent deck cleaning , friendly people. Very expensive, worth the price if the product does as stated ,
Tried to cover up items but still left a big mess for me to clean up, was surprised they did not cover pool, took over a week of cleaning and vacuuming to get cleared up, also had to pressure wash several pieces of patio furniture deck looks new and has stayed that way feels after doing the job. I highly recommend them , need to take extra care covering up stuff after removing from deck , they stated they would put cover over over everything and did try to

Not sure what I paid for. Looks like an really expensive pressure wash.

I know due to COVID 19 , maybe . The young man that came out did not come 6 weeks later to pressure wash Like he said he world . I have it in written form . I have paint peeling on the siding where they tried to pressure wash the railing . I got the film off my widows just one , but it was tough . The guys worked hard . I would like them to finish the job .

Seal Smart seems to have a customer service policy of completely ignoring customer service issues. I made repeated telephone contacts over a number of months, with responses that I would be called back. Never did I get a call back. It gradually became obvious that a "no response" is the company policy. I would not recommend that anyone do business with this company.

My wife and I wasn't impressed With the outcome the deck started turning white 2 days after your product was applied. I think the person that did the work was very nice. Unfortunately the product appears to be a Scam... Besides some of the product getting on my black spindle I can't tell that they have been out here. My neighbor had his done and he wasn't empress ether sorry but my wife and I both deal like we got took to the cleaners, do you know if you guys have a class action law suit against your company please let me know thanks

I would never use this company again! The sales staff lied to us about what our deck would look like when completed. It looked beautiful while still wet however when it dried it looked worse than it did before we even had it done. $4000 later and this is what we’re left with

What a waste of Money due to the crappy job done. Stain was not removed in places on my deck. You can see where they skipped over with the power washer and left stain running down posts. Sealsmart did not use the machine you see in the adds and they didn't take the wood down to bare as they say they would. I had to constantly tell the lead person that he was missing portions of my deck with the seal and then he even covered a missed area with the seal feeder turned off. I plan on sending the owner an email/pics with my concerns and will gladly post a follow up.
