Sam and the staff are great. What I appreciate most is the clarity they communciate with about what is going on with my vehicle. They take the time to communicate what they are looking at, what the options are and/or steps needed to fix it. Also they have always been fair with prices and delivered on the time frame of when it will be done. Some of my previous experiences with auto shops have involved surprise and shock. Never with SE has this happened.

The staff here are honest and try to help you as the customer rather than their own pockets.

I had a very unique problem with my Yamaha that even the dealership had no idea what to do with, and even thought I trust my usual shop a lot, I had a feeling that they would just start opening up my engine. Over the phone and in the shop they honestly cared about my feed back and wanted to help me out. (so refreshing!) I was pretty skeptical of the ideas and eventually the solution that he came up with, but I couldn't help but feel how honest Sam and Ben were. He put all my fears aside and did an excellent job! They truly cared about keeping the cost low, and solving the root of the problem. I won't take my car or bike anywhere else anymore. Take your vehicle to him! Keep S&E alive! I am so sick of trying to find good and honest shops!

I was quoted $500 at another shop and told there was other things that needed repairing in the future. I decided to go to S&E Performance instead and the repair costed $200 and the repairman advices I didn’t need anything more done. I will definitely be going there for now

They were very helpful and professional. It took longer than expected to get the part, but they got it tracked down and did their part well. Very good customer service.

Sam, the mechanic, is phenomenal. He let me look at the bottom of my Toyota Sienna to see for myself the condition. Nothing major, but I'm the kind of guy that needs to see the underside of my vehicle occasionally to know how things are looking. He did my oil change quick, and gave me some honest maintenance advice with zero pressure to buy.

LOVED SE Performance

This shop was superb. I had them do an engine and transmission swap, they got it done in a very timely fashion and their work was even better. I am a month out now and I have had zero issues. Sam was absolutely awesome to work with and they performed flawlessly. Would recommend this shop to all for anything that involves mechanical issues with whatever you drive. Class shop, they are the good guys.

My power steering in my second-hand 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee literally exploded, spraying fluid and metal chunks all over under the hood. It’s my fault, really, the thing was making awful screeching metal-on-metal noises for a long time now. I didn’t want to know what was going on so I had ignored it. Well, one night it imploded and bled out. Poor Jeep :( man I was nervous to how much it would cost, but I was not nervous to who to bring it to. More hopeful, actually! :)

I know Sam, so I knew he would be honest, but hadn’t used his service yet so I had it towed to S&E performance to see if my Jeep was done for. He addressed my Jeep as soon as he could and gave it his full attention.
