I've been the GM of Victoria House Resort & Spa since 1996. The laundry equipment on site at that time was supplied by Scott Equipment so naturally when it was time to source parts or new equipment, I called Scott first. For 26 years I've been getting nothing but superlative and personalized service from everyone I spoke to, whether it was Scott Martin or, more often than not, Gordon Lanza in Parts. It's comforting to know that when we have an issue with our equipment, you all are there for us!

In my 50 plus years of sales and service I have found that customers don’t buy from company’s, they buy from people that represent them. Mr Gordon Lanza is in my opinion, is at the top of this list.

Sometimes very good, sometimes very frustrating. Parts department is very good and helpful. Gordon goes out of his way to be helpful. Sales, Jennifer and Ross do a great job helping customers. Erica is trying to straighten out the accounting department. If Scott Equipment loses these people the company will have lost their best employees.

I love Scott Equipment becuase Gordon Lanza is awesom! He is super helpful, always helps me in a timely manner, and is very knowledgable! Love working with him!

Mike Gagliardi is my rep with Scott Equipment and he has been fantastic. The machines are super user friendly and Mike is always on hand to help me with any questions I have. He’s shared stories and tips on how to get better usage of the washers and dryers. Anytime I have called him with questions or concerns about a machine he is either here next day or later in the afternoon. Love the service!!

The tech and parts departments are cordial and straight to the point which is great. They really know their stuff and keep my best interests in mind when purchasing parts or placing a service call.
