Scott equipment sent out Don and he was able to diagnose and get our machine running in a couple of hours.

I had an issue with my Dexter stack dryer motor and I called Mr Don Kirkland for support. He asked me for the symptoms and we started eliminating which part was most likely that failed. I tried it the next day and I had the dryer running again. I would like to thank Mr Don for technical support.

Gordon is a pioneer when it comes to these types of machines. The man is a human computer and don't try to BS him cause he knows it inside and out. He is a man that gives you a hard time (tough love) because he wants you to improve yourself, throughout all the yrs ive been going to Scott equipment Gordon has helped me relentlessly and he does not mind if he has to spend 10 mins explaining or a hr hes going to make sure your job is complete and parts are correct otherwise well hell he just wont sell them to you!!! Gordon is Scott Equipment in my opinion because he takes pride in his career and i have built a bind with him especially when I dont know what I'm doing lol..
