During his general service visit to our business today, regional manager Michael Gagliardi shocked me with his expertise and acute attention to detail when it came to customer service. After examining the machinery, he was honest about what needed to be replaced right away. The fact that I can call this person whenever I need our equipment serviced and know that an honest job will be done makes me quite happy.

Gordon in parts should be the person you have all your trainees learn from first and then put them in the field.I have used Scott equipment for over 26 yrs, and will have my replacement use Scott equipment if I retire.
