I always get a reminder email the day before the service and text 10-15 min prior. The services are around the same time each week and I appreciate that.

Honestly the best money I spend every month. I’ve legit never even seen Tori but I love her lol my boyfriend works graveyards and is usually sleeping when she pops over but I really appreciate her keeping it super quiet so he doesn’t wake up. In addition, she’s always done a wonderful job and I’ve recommended Scoopology to at least four separate people already.

The prices are reasonable and Scoopology is dependable. When Kevin services our property the communication about arrival time is consistent. He's friendly and thorough.

However, we did have someone else one week and they did not communicate their arrival time and came much later in the day. It wasn't too much of an issue because I was home to unlock the gate, but I do appreciate the text messages alerting me to their arrival time.

Scoopology Poop Removal has literally saved my relationship. We no longer argue about who is gonna scoop the poop. LOL They come once a week and are worth every penny which is quite affordable in the grand scheme of things.

I'm not sure exactly what to say about a service like this. I will say I wish I had known years ago this type of services existed. I appreciate the fact that I get a reminder the day before they are coming and notice when they are 45-60 minutes from arriving. They are in and out quickly. The only thing that would make this service better would be for them to take the "product" with them, but that's just wishful thinking.

This saves me a ton of time and effort and I have the peace of mind to know that our dogs won’t be running around in a poop filled yard getting their feet dirty!

Well to start off I'm a stinker when it comes to customer service. So far for two months now Scoopology has whisked in every week and made a clean sweep of doggie landmines. They are in and out like a ghost fart and you would never know they had shown up if it weren't for the sparkling clean yard devoid of dirt snakes. I highly recommend these fantastic fecal fellows to get the S*** done!
