Submitted an inquiry and had a response quickly! They came out within a couple of days, were friendly, respectful and very quick. The yard looked great!
Only feedback I have is a tad more communication with next steps.after I approved the invoice, there wasn’t information for what was coming next. So, I called and was told I’d receive an email with the date and time someone would be coming after I was added to the schedule that evening and I didn’t receive it. The day of, I received a text message stating that they’d be to my home within 10 mins. I didn’t know they were coming as I didn’t get the appointment day email/text. Thankfully I was able to run home and unlock my gate and out my pup up.

Scoopology has been super helpful! They very discreetly arrive and quickly take care of the dog poop in my backyard. I typically don't even realize that they are here and they never bother my dogs. They never miss anything and just send me a bill once a month that I can pay on my phone within seconds. I would recommend this service to anyone tired of having to do this chore or who do not have the time to do so. I feel comfortable having company over and spending time in the backyard. It is very affordable and has saved me from having my dogs track anything inside which used to happen and was not fun! They also let me know about 15 minutes ahead of time when they will be arriving which is helpful so I can make sure my dogs aren't outside when they arrive. I want to say that Scoopology has been a blessing in our lives. During COVID-19, we lost our treasured family dog and decided to home two puppies after. The amount of work it takes to raise two puppies and keep up with daily work and chores was a lot. So here is where Scoopology came in to save the day. They do a very thorough job of picking up after my two small dogs. You would think that would make it easier but actually since the poop is smaller, it’s harder to get it all but they manage to do it.
