I was SO TERRIFIED when I found out I needed a root canal. My dentist doesn’t perform root canals, so she suggested I make an appointment with Dr. Sophia Kang.
I arrived at her office early to try and calm my nerves. A few moments after I was brought into the procedure room by Joelley (might have spelled her name wrong!), I started to feel significantly better. She was so informative, attentive, and gentle with me, and preemptive to my needs!
Dr. Kang sealed the deal, as she, too, was incredibly kind and explained everything that I needed thoroughly, along with a timeframe. She answered all of my questions and checked in on me continuously throughout the procedure. Surprisingly, I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time! I felt safe and as if I was in THE BEST hands possible. I haven’t felt like this, not once, in the many dentist chairs Id been in before. The appointment felt like it went by so fast, too!
I could not thank Dr. Kang and Joelley enough for treating me so well. I would absolutely go back, and next time, with no fear.
