I started cleaning houses on my own about 9 months ago.Your advice to start out charging a flat fee of $25 is exactly what I did.I got alot of work ,because in my area that is cheap labor.But just starting out I knew I wasn't as efficient as I wanted to be.Ive learned so much and have improved alot.I have kept the customers who have been with me since the beginning at $25 an hour.I appreciate their patience and loyalty
But I recently changed my pricing to $180 for a first time clean,then $30 a hour after that.i have a full calendar and I love the people I work for
