We contracted with Sage to perform a pre mortgage inspection on 2 different properties that we were interested in purchasing.
We were on a time crunch, but Chris at Sage made sure to work us into his schedule. He called us personally after the inspections to review any aspects of concern, and give us his professional opinion regarding moisture content of the crawl space, and how we could mitigate its’ potential impact on pest infestation. He explained all details of his report, including any questions of concern.
We found the advice and information that Sage provided to be complete, informative, and very helpful.
When I called the office to pay the invoice (which was very reasonable for the amount of work they did for us), the office receptionist passed onto me some sound advice to help me get rid of a fruit fly problem in my son’s home. It seems that everyone on their staff knows their stuff!
If you want a through evaluation for the presence of pests, and if needed, treatment, I would highly recommend the folds at Sage. Other pest companies I have worked with in the past demand contracts, and some seem self-serving. In no way did I get that vibe from Sage. I only felt that I could trust them for accurate evaluations and, if necessary, lasting solutions.
