Fred 's customer service was outstanding and he was very friendly. He listened to all of my concerns patiently and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I have been doing business with Sage for a few years now. I have yet to find a complaint about them. They do a very thorough job, someone is always available with a response time, I don’t need to worry about my very nosy dog getting into anything since their product is safe, and frankly, the techs are personable, knowledgeable, and the type of people I trust in my home. Sami Was here recently, and I was thinking if I owned a business, I would want him to work for me since he had everything I needed to be a satisfied customer. Knowledge, empathy, took time to listen, and most importantly liked my dog. 🤓 That is key for me. I would not use any other pest control company.
