Honestly, the sales agent and the customer service agent who helped me cancel my account were great. My problem was with my service tech and the customer service agent I spoke with immediately following my first service. I signed up for their year round program because it's NC and we have cockroaches and other critters that can infest a home, so I figured a subscription seemed like the best bet. There were so many positive reviews, that I felt like I was making a good choice.
However, when my service tech came out for my first service, he was not very friendly and didn't really do a great job, especially with the mosquito control that I was paying extra for. Our yard has lots of shrubs, which is where mosquitoes lay their eggs.
