Fred 's customer service was outstanding and he was very friendly. He listened to all of my concerns patiently and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Fred also took the time to explain how the pesticides work on insects. This type of customer service was very refreshing. I will surely ask for Fred again for our next extermination service.
