This was my first-time using Sage Pest Control and I had a wonderful experience. From my first contact with customer service to the pest control service today was absolutely wonderful. Michelle was very pleasant to speak with. She put me in touch with Hunter. He did a good job of explaining the service contract and pricing and he was able to get me set up today and sent Matt out to take care of my issue today. Matt called to let me know he was on the way and he showed up on time, Matt was so nice and professional. He went straight to work and spent a lot of time treating the issue I had with the Box Elder Bugs and I was so happy that he was able to get them out from their hiding place. He did a fantastic job and even took pictures and shared them with me. I enjoyed meeting Matt and would love to have him come out for my future service. Thanks to the entire Sage Team!!

Bonnie leads the most amazing crew of technicians in Charlotte NC..whatever the customer needs Bonnie makes sure they are served well and with great kindness..she never makes customers feel like a burden if they have extra needs especially helpful for Seniors who are afraid of spiders as this long time Sage customer...Scott is our wonderful new technician who came in after another well loved technician left so Scott had tough shoes to fill and he's doing great job..also very thorough..whatever is in the notes in customer profile gets done..so I never have to have anyone come back...just can't imagine having anyone but Sage handle our pest control needs As Bonnie and crew are awesome
