Mr. Polo was the best tech I've had so far! I mean others were good but I feel that he definitely went over and beyond. He called 30 minutes prior to coming out, as requested. Other techs did not and/or came later than initial time frame. He seemed extremely through and paid attention to details that were overlooked in the past, for example making sure cob webs were removed from bushes. He discovered a lizard in my kitchen, which was extremely upsetting to me, but he assured me that he would take care of it and he did! He cleverly trapped, captured and disposed of it. He gave tips on covering potential openings in the home and left traps in areas to catch any other unwelcomed intruders. He also discovered a "fresh" snake skin in my garage and although this was obviously outside his comfort zone😲, he still thoroghly sprayed the area and gave insight on possible openings that...

I love these guys. They are always really polite and helpful and very thorough. I called them today at 4pm about a wasp nest on our house that I noticed, and they are sending someone out between 8 and 10 tomorrow to take care of it. They are good about making sure their customers feel like a priority
