The best we have found! Switched to Sage Pest Control May 2020. They do inside and outside pest control for ants, spiders, etc plus mosquito spray for us. Sage does such a thorough job on our 1.5 acre lot that we can sit outside bite free all month long! And they charge half the price of our prior company! We are absolutely thrilled with their work and recommend them highly!

I was fortunate enough to run into my technician as he was finishing my house. I was able to talk about the many spider webs and he said he had already knocked all of them down and sprayed, which is something that had not been done before. He was very nice and polite and I appreciate that too.

We've been using Sage for many years and are extremely happy with their service. Their technicians are knowledgeable and professional, and the customer service reps are friendly and efficient. Everyone at this business is nice - a rare thing these days. They understand the value of serving the customer and they work together to provide an excellent customer service experience. As service companies go, I can't think of one hat has done a better job, or that I have enjoyed working with, more than Sage.

I have been with sage for years. Customer service has always been helpful over the phone. TODAY I was blown away by Tyquan Polo when he came to service our home. He was friendly, informative, and had a work ethic second to none. Tyquan is definitely a stand out! My husband and I were very impressed with his over and beyond service and his helpful demeanor. Sage just secured the continuation of a long time client by sending out Tyquan today.

The Sage team gives great customer service! They are always willing to come out for a reservice if needed between our quarterly visits. Their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable!

We love Sage and have used them since moving to Charlotte. Customer service, pricing, and scheduling is always fantastic. I have never had a technician who is anything but punctual, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Their products and services also work very well!

Good service - friendly staff- come when needed

We have been with SAGE for 5 years now. When we moved locally, we renewed with SAGE. They are reasonably priced, professional, come when they say they are and offer retreatment between appointments at NO additional cost. We have used them for general pest control and just signed up with them for Mosquito treatments as well. Highly recommend them.

The technician covered all areas of the property for mosquitos. I’ve used others for this but the sprayer used here had Visible spray. He communicated all aspects of treatment well and kept me updated on future plans which actually saved even though the other company had slightly lower rates. The mosquito spray is definitely worth the investment for any property to help protect from those nasty bites on our skin. Also today was our normal quarterly for bugs. My plants this year are very healthy and the holes I had in leaves on my flower bed areas are non existent and the ants as well as other flying creatures around my front foyer have not been present.

Above and beyond! From the moment you call and speak to Kerrie to the end of a visit from one of their technicians, you experience an approach that is rarely seen these days.

First off, Karrie who schedules, is extremely knowledgeable. She is refreshing and reassuring and never ever gets rushed. She also knows the technicians. Her notes from our conversations are intricately detailed.

The technicians, Mr Bush, Derrick, Andy and Marvin ALL take time to explain. They help educate you. Each one of these fellows is top notch. They are very focused. We have watched each one and the thoroughness is unbelievable. Ever do they belittle you, each of them listen and respond.

We love knowing who to expect, we love the confidence and comfort we have grown to have for them.
