Many companies talk about customer satisfaction, however, Harry is the definition of it. He came to do an annual inspection of the termite stations and noted that some improvements could be made and that he would return if I wished. When he came back I asked about my newly renovated shed - whether it also could be protected. He scheduled a return date immediately and then completed the project. He fully explained to me his plans and showed me the completed job. Although all your employees are great, Harry was probably the best representative of any company I have worked with. Congratulations on having such an outstanding employee - he presents himself more as the owner of a company by his professionalism. Thanks.

Several years ago we discovered termites in our garage. We met with several firms to discuss solutions and Sage was by far the best. Their costs were very competitive and their ongoing warranty was better. They were wonderful in treating our problem, and have been very thorough on our annual rechecks. I wish I was using them sooner as I may have been able to avoid the termites or at least detected them sooner. I high recommend them. Lastly, their phone representatives are helpful, polite, and professional. I've never had to wait very long to talk to one and they're flexible in scheduling service or responding to requests. On site techs are professional and thorough. I highly recommend Sage!
