I would like to let you know of an employee that has gone above and beyond with great customer service. Elijah happened to take my call today and I honestly don’t know how he calmed me down. I was trying to resolve a duplicate billing issue that impacted my finances. He diffused the situation and had me stay on the line until he could get the financial manager to address the issue. Kiddos to Elijah and for Beth who assured me she would resolve by midday Monday. Thanks Sage for have such customer oriented employees! They should get a raise!

I have been a Sage customer for years and I have been very happy with the quality of their service and their responsiveness. If I ever felt that something was not right or more treatment was needed they would have someone at my house the very next day if not sooner.

Recently I had to move and I was contacted by a rep from Sage named Cherokee. Instead of trying to upsell me or pressure me into anything she actually LISTENED to where I was in my move and truly was a partner to find the best solution for me an family. While her goal was to retain me as a customer she did that by not treating me as a number and by truly hearing me and understanding what was the best solution for me. I am still a customer and will continue to be thanks to people like Cherokee.

Sage Pest Control is a pleasant company to deal with and they do a very good job.
Their technicians are courteous end professional.
That was the case with Travis who came this month to spray the inside. I wanted to have it done right away because I had been absent for awhile and was concerned about possible spiders. So he was there the day after my return.
Because it was raining that day, he didn’t spray the outside though, so Derrick came out a few days later to take care of the outside.
He took the time to show me the areas outside that could be conducive to termite problems because of dampness. I appreciated that.
