Where do I start…… From the time I spoke with Margo up until it was time to put my snowy down he made everything smooth and accommodated me to the fullest doing my time of grieving about my Snowy. This company is the most loving compassionate place to take your pets, and I want to think Amy who Margo reached out to for me, for being with me doing this difficult time up to her taken her last breath🥺….. My experience was as good as could be. My darling Pnut died in my arms on a Sunday morning. I didn’t have a plan in place even though we knew the end was near. I called them first. I made a few more calls and received quotes that involved extra fees because of the weekend and inconvenience. I did not get that treatment from Safe Passages. Pnut and I received care and what felt like very sincere empathy. Thank you Safe Passages.

I can give “Safe Passages” a 5 Star review easily. They were empathetic from the first phone contact. They came the same day my Kitty-girl died ( to this earth) and the attendant listened patiently to my story of how she died here at home. I am a former hospice worker and knew what to do for her. I prayed over her from the “Book of Common Prayer” as my sister creature, thinking St Francis would approve. The attendant asked if he could take her in the nice throw I had wrapped her in. This was my intention. Her ashes will be scattered in a beautiful outdoor place. Thank you Safe Passages
