We have used Safe Passages twice in the last 3 months. Easy to call and give information or via text. Everyone was compassionate and cared what happened to our pets. Matt even listened to my coyote story. Cremation was low cost compared to my vets. We miss our fur babies💙

I am so impressed by and grateful to Safe Passages for the gentle, caring care they gave to our cat when he passed at home and will only ever use them in the future. Every employee was unbelievably compassionate and wonderful from Margo on the phone to Anthony who picked up our cat to Xavier who delivered his remains. These employees CARE to give grieving families the most personalized assistance in every interaction.

I called safe passages on a horrible and emotional day; I had lost my horse unexpectedly and was riding waves of emotion and disbelief. Margo was so kind, patient and understanding. I can’t tell you how much that meant and means to me. My horse was actually delivered back home to me, my last horse years ago I had to drive a good distance to pick him up.
Margo arrived at my home when she said she’d be there. She carried him to the back of the house and again was so supportive.
I received a certificate of authenticity, some beautiful yellow roses, a card saying a tree was planted in honor of my love, a bag with a tsp of ash in a plastic bag that I requested for a necklace and they even gave me the ashes that didn’t fit in his urn.

I found Safe Passages via google search. It is not my first time using a pet cremation as we have had two other fur babies passed away in previous years. For our other two pups we brought them in to the vet who took over the cremation process. Which was hard on it’s own, having to drive to drop them off after just losing them.
Our most recent loss happen on a Sunday and the vet was closed so I called a few cremation places, most wanted more money that what my parents could afford. I found safe passages, Margo was so helpful and kind. They arranged for our fur baby to be picked up the same day, they communicated about time frames of arrival along the way. They helped picked the urn which I was struggling to do, they provided a paw engraving.
