My dog passed away tragically and they made the experience a breeze for us. They made my family whole again by picking up and returning the remains to our door step the same day!

SafePassages made my childhood dog’s passing as peaceful and respectful as possible! Buster was a one of a kind pup, and they treated him as such. They gave us as much time as we needed with our boy before crossing the bridge, and even when he passed they told us to take whatever time we needed. They really made this terrible moment so much better. Even with getting him placed in the van to be taken with them, they pet his head and told him that he was a good boy. With his paw print they offered to let me help with it, and adding those touches to moments like these are just what a family who is grieving needs. I would hands down use this company again, and recommend them to ANYONE who wants a peaceful passing of their pup to the bridge 🌈.

I can not recommend this company enough, especially when it comes to horse cremation. (And yes, I have used others)

The entire process was seamless, and Margo was beyond helpful during our time of need. Our boy was even picked up less than an after euthanasia.

We picked the option of retaining ashes, and to my surprise, they were personally delivered by Bryce... Along with the most heartfelt gifts.

SafePassages made one of the worst times of my life so much easier. Letting go of my baby girl Dora Camille was the hardest thing I’ve done yet. From the beginning, SafePassages was understanding and compassionate. I sent a text and from there we were in great hands. They coordinated everything based on what we needed and handled all of the discussion between the vet and themselves. They were very calm and compassionate and very accommodating. On the day that I let my baby girl go they arrived as promised, and we’re filled with compassion and love for us during this hard time. They coordinated for my babies body to be retrieved 15 minutes after I let her go and as promised, I was returned my babies ashes on the scheduled time. Safe Passages were so compassionate in taking care of our sweet boy, Rebel. We were so distraught with losing him. I called and spoke with Margo and she had Matt come over and pick Rebel up first thing. Matt was wonderful and consoling. Rebel was brought back to us in a beautiful box with his paw print on it. Safe passages was recommended to me TAPS Animals services for cremation on my daughters horse. Safe Passages helped ease the enormous loss of our Equine Family with professional, compassionate, and communicative excellence from start to finish. Margo compassionately explained to me how the entire process would go, answered all my questions (and then some). Bryan called me to let me know when my horse was received at safe passages (it was the n the 4th of July). Margo and Bryan kept me informed as to when process would begin and when completion was expected. Margo and Bryan personally arranged and delivered my boy back home to me which help ease my grief. My daughter was able to chose the urn, they enclosed certificate, trimmings, and personal card. I can’t Thank Safe Passages,Margo, and Bryan enough for EVERYTHING they did for us and for the respectful and dignified professional way...
