Safe Passages were amazing! We needed to help our100 lb chocolate lab Gus pass over and it was a holiday. After several phone calls we finally found Safe Passages and they came out by that afternoon. They took care of the whole process from beginning to end. Their entire staff was so kind and helpful, making the process easier for us. It was such a natural way for him to leave and pass on. He was able to lay in the grass with us by his side. The thought of taking him in the truck to a doctor he didn't know..... I just couldn't do it. The doctor did a great job when we waivered for a moment. She was reassuring and gentle. The people that came to get him were amazing and respectful, Then personally delivered him back to us in a couple days, along with such beautiful keepsakes! We are so thankful for them and helping us to have such a beautiful last day with our Boy. Thank You!!

My cat Freddy was very sick. It was a tough decision to euthanize him but he was suffering. He hated the trip to the vet and would cry all the way there and back. I opted for at home euthanasia because I couldn’t subject him to the stress of the drive again. Dr. Rachel was able to come out on a weekend and she was everything you would want in this situation -
She put me at ease and was extremely gentle with Freddy. She sedated him first and he simply drifted off to sleep before passing away. I probably waited a few too many days to do this but it’s hard to let go. But Safe Passages provided me with the best experience possible under the circumstances and I highly recommended them to anyone going through the terminal illness of a pet.

My family and I had an exceptional experience with SafePassages. There are few heartaches worse than losing a furry family member, and SafePassages was so compassionate and helpful through the process. Dr Rachel was able to come for at-home euthanasia to give our Tate the comfort of home and peace he deserved, being held by his dad when he passed. Dr.Rachel was so sweet in an incredibly emotional time for our family. The cremation services were seamless and timely - someone even delivered our Tate’s ashes to us just a few days later in a beautiful box, with paw print keepsakes. This was such a beautiful service. My pet died unexpectedly and I’m so grateful to have found this service. They came to my home, picked up my pet and were so sensitive about the process. My pet soiled herself when she passed and the tech asked my permission to cover my pet for sanitary reasons. She was a good dog and will be missed. RIP Minnie

We highly recommend Safe Passages Pet Cremation to assist with your beloved horses. They’ve assisted us twice with our horses. Our quarter horse, Copper, was 37 and passed away Aug. 27, 2023. Our sweet thoroughbred, Bella, passed away on New Year’s Eve, 2023, at the age of 37. Margo was extremely supportive and quick to provide assistance with the details each time. Bryan was incredible at logistics while kindly and respectfully assisting with whatever help was needed. Safe Passages was wonderful and we highly recommend them in your time of need with your beloved pets. Extremely helpful, respectful, responsive and reliable. Great people!

I want to thank Safe Passages for the outstanding services they provided to us. They are somehow both incredibly professional and efficient as well as extremely personal, comforting and sympathetic at the same time.
Our sweet boy passed somewhat unexpectedly. We knew the time was coming but thought we could have a final day or two with him before we helped him cross over. However God had a different plan and sent for him sooner.
From the moment I called (on a Sunday morning on a holiday weekend) I felt comforted that I had made the right choice. Margo was so very kind and compassionate and everything was handled so quickly. The staff is so incredibly patient, kind, and supportive during your hardest moments. I felt like I was talking to a friend who've known my dog for years. They cried with me, and for me. I'm forever grateful for their care of, not only my dog, but also myself and my family. 10/10

My fur baby of 14 years passed away a few weeks ago. The next morning I called a few places to make an arrangement to cremate him. It was Sunday morning and none of them answered the phone, except one - SafePassages Pet Cremation. The man answered the phone was very sympathetic. Within an hour or so, I received an email from Margo who was also sympathetic. After I made a payment for cremation which was around 10:00am, I was advised that someone will come by. Around noon on the same day, Matt came by to pick up my baby. He assured us that we would have him back in 2 to 3 days, and as he promised, my fur baby returned home on Tuesday, in a wooden ern with his paw print engraved along with a small wooden plate with a paw print, a death certificate, heartfelt condolences card, and a card with QR code indicating that a tree was planted in the name of my fur baby.

Had a very great experience during a rough time for our family. Safe passages made it very easy and convenient for pick up and drop off of our pet. They were very compassionate.They made a beautiful box for her ashes and it was engraved as well. I also was updated through out the process. There is no way to adequately summarize the respect, professionalism, and genuine heartfelt care that Margo with Safe Passages showed when I had to put my beautiful horse, Bruno down Sunday night. Losing him at such a young age (6) was devastating. Margo handled the entire situation quickly, with wonderful communication, and with the reverence that should be given to any member of a family that passes away. If you have found yourself in need of this service, I cannot recommend Safe Passages enough. Thanks to Margo and the rest of the team, we are able to begin healing, knowing that our best boy was cremated with peace and dignity after being put to sleep by our Veterinarian. I cannot recommend this business enough! One of our neighbors lost her sweet dog yesterday. I found Safe Passages this morning and once all was set, they picked up her beloved pets remains for cremation within 2 hours. In a few days they will return with the remains in a Maplewood box with her paw print on it. They were compassionate and professional and their rates were lower than the other businesses offered. At a time of grief, to know a business like this exists is beyond helpful. 🐾 ❤

The person on the phone was very helpful, accommodating and kind. The vet and her assistant were very professional and compassionate. The euthanasia was quiet and peaceful. They returned her remains and her pawprint to our house a few days later. Their service made this difficult time less stressful.

This company was so kind during a difficult a difficult time. They were patient and compassionate though my tears as I asked questions and helped take the stress away from the process. Everyone I interacted with during the process was nice and respectful. While losing a beloved pet is never going to be a good experience, this company removed the stress and showed kindness and for that I am forever grateful.

I lost my cat, my Minnie pearl, in a very traumatic and unexpected way, I was so devastated, Margo was so understanding, Empathetic and kind to me, I couldn’t stop crying and the way she handled the whole situation was a blessing. Justin came to pick her less than an hour after I call, he was so careful, so compassionate… they did everything I asked for and treated my baby girl with such honor, I felt embraced by them. Very compassionate from my first call to Margo at SafePassages to the two gentlemen who picked up Chance and their compassion to me and Chance during this time. I was completely taken back by their personal service when they delivered Chance’s memory boxes and ashes to my home. When I saw the roses in Margo’s hand when she came to my door, I started crying. Margo explained everything to me and that a tree had been planted in Chance’s name. Everything was done with such professionalism and kindness.

My family and I will forever be grateful for SafePassages during the very difficult passing of our miniature horse, Periwinkle. She brought us love, joy & laughs everyday of her 24 years and was with us through college, marriage, kids & many more life memories. The care and compassion shown to our family made It feel as if SafePassages somehow knew that, how much we loved her and how special she was. I am eternally thankful for Margo and Bryan. We will treasure the beautifully etched pony urn forever!

My experience with SafePassages was nothing short of wonderful. Given the circumstances in which the connection was made, the compassion bestowed upon my family and our beloved fur-baby Remi Leigh was second to none.

We learned of SafePassages through our veterinarian. Our vet coordinated everything directly with them. We said our goodbyes on a Saturday and we were told she would be picked up on Tuesday. On Thursday we received a call that our girl Remi Leigh was ready to come home. Such a bittersweet moment.

The presentation of the urn is beautiful. We received the urn box with her name engraved and a paw print engraved on 4x4 with her name. Based on the package we selected, our urn box was missing her paw print and when I asked about it, without hesitation Bryan offered to remake it immediately as it should have been there.

I am very grateful to this company for the care and understanding they showed me. I called pretty late at night and even though I was upset because of my dog dying, I was able to have everything taken care of over the phone. The whole team was courteous and understanding, from start to finish. I would recommend this company to anybody that needs this kind of service. SafePassages was absolutely a God send for us!! From the moment I contacted them after my Daisy girl passed unexpectedly in my arms on 9/19/23 they were nothing but Empathetic, Sympathetic, Sincere , Honest, Understanding, Loving & Kind from the very 1st call out to them followed by when they came out at 530AM to pick up my sweet girl to when they brought my girl back home to us!
