SafePassages made the loss of our cat Henry so much easier. Same day pickup amazed me! They show care and compassion throughout as well.

I had to send my 17 year old Birman cat, Tuck, over the Rainbow bridge at the beginning of February. It was important for us to make the transition for him as easy as possible, so we engaged SafePassages to come to our home. Everything was so easy and seamless. They were very respectful and had him back to us within a week. Thank you for being so kind during such a difficult time. It meant the world to have him cross the bridge in peace at home.

This company was so sweet and so kind during my most heart breaking time of losing my horse. I appreciate them and their caring and compassion towards me when I could barely talk to them through my crying. Highly recommend them for terribly sad times in your life.

My Mom had to put her beloved Golden Lab Kami to sleep, it broke our hearts. Dr Rachel and the entire staff at Safe Passages were so great, polite, professional, and most of all compassionate. They gave us the time we needed, they handled the entire process with care and compassion. They are amazing and I am thankful we found them.
I hate to have to but I will recommend Safe Passage to anyone that has to let go of their pets.
Kami is at peace now and although we are sad, we know that her last minutes were happy ones.

I was very happy with the professional way that things were handled. I was also pleased that they were able to deliver my dogs ashes to my work site area and there was no extra charge. All workers were very respectful as well.

I’ve used SafePassages twice now with both of my dogs and both times the staff were empathetic, understanding, and accommodating. They explained the process clearly and the doctor was very communicative. I very much appreciate that they track them through the entire process so I can be confident I’m receiving the correct ashes. I also appreciate that a tree is planted in their honor. Just in the brief communication and interaction I’ve had with those at SafePassages, I can tell that they also see their pets as family members and hold themselves with integrity and compassion towards others. I would highly recommend them to anyone having to walk through this unfortunate and heavy decision and want a company that you can trust to be with you in it.

After losing my horse of 20 years, Safe Passages staff were the most amazing people. I have never experienced such kind hearted service. From the time my horse took her last breath to the time she was delivered back to her home, I received the most caring and humble phone calls to keep me informed when she was getting picked up to the time she was being wrapped up and delivered. My dad stayed back to assist in her pick-up and he said that it was the most loving way he has ever seen one of horses leave the property. I cannot thank them enough for their love and support during this time. I truly appreciate every minute of their time that they gave me and my horse. I am so grateful for their love and care. They are such amazing people and will recommend to everyone.

Thank you for helping make this sad time a little bit easier. From the first time I called I felt at ease. Barbara answered all of my questions and helped through every step. She was available whenever I had a follow up question I didn't originally think about. Dr. Katie came to our house and helped Rocky feel comfortable during the whole process and made us feel comfortable as well. The day of the cremation Matt was very helpful and let us FaceTime with Rocky to say our final goodbyes. It was very fast to receive the cremains and the urn with the laser etched paw print is very special. Thank you again.
