Like most people when I started looking at Property as a new career after redundancy, I was overwhelmed with the amount of information available and lacked a real sense of direction. I paid to attend courses with well known "gurus" within the industry who would give you 50 % of information on strategies and then ask for a ridiculous amount of money to complete!
