Great service for the most part. I have used them for several years and my feedback has been over the same issue. Simply, when the driver pulls my snow out into the street it gets 'cleaned' up in the direction that doesn't include my mailbox. When I shared my concern with RTD in 2023 I was told that they were aware of this and were talking about it at the mgmt level. 2024 saw no change AND we really didn't have any snow by MN standards! When I signed up for this year I was told they were aware of this issue...ok. This mess turns to ice very quickly and I'm not happy with it. USPS (God bless them) just drives merrily around my mailbox until they can safely stop and deliver. So, on the grand scale of current events, I know this is NOT one that 'will cause small children to die'! I am happy that I use RTD and you will never again hear me say, "THINK SNOW" in any month.

We used RTD for both pressure washing our house and deck and refinishing the deck. The pressure washing of both the house and deck were thorough. Because of the age of our deck, the stain did not leave much color (cedar). RTD was very understanding and sent crews back to apply additional coats until we were satisfied. Highly recommend RTD.

Efficient and immediately responded when I had a problem with the snow removal

For the most part you do a good job. But there are times where it looks like they just wet the truck and no soap my fuel tanks almost always still are dirty with the back of truck. So when you guys don't wash my truck I do go else where so my truck is almost always clean. Wish it was the same guy everytime you wash then it would be more on detail

I signed up 4 or 5 years ago to have our very long driveway plowed. We have perfect plowing in all that time. We appreciate being notified by email. I have always given RTD a good review when asked by people looking for a plowing service. Thank you!
