Jeff went above and beyond to help me in preparation for a marathon on super short notice. He outlined what was wrong and specifically how to fix it. He was engaging, funny and I ended up beating my previous marathon time by over an hour. I would recommend him to anyone who is struggling with pain and who has tried everything. I’ll be back to see him again soon.
