R&R Physical Therapy

Around Christmas of 2012 was my low point. I had to sit on a bench at the front of a Walmart Supercenter while my family walked away to do shopping. The left side of my back hurt so badly I just couldn't continue.
My wife had found Jeff Rau who practiced a very advanced version of manual physical therapy. I described for Jeff how I had been doing regular physical therapy for some time and found no relief. I asked him if her could help me. He said sure...that's what he does.
Since then, he has helped me fix my back using his intelligent physical therapy...and my frozen right shoulder, and my arthritic trigger finger right thumb, and the bunionet on my right foot.
We have told Jeff that his techniques may look like science to him but to us they feel like miracles. I am now 76 years old and able to move around and walk as much as I want to including long walks around the inside of Walmart Supercenter when the weather outside is unfriendly.
I heartedly encourage you to find a good manual physical therapist and do what they say to overcome all sorts of mobility issues.
