I honestly can’t believe how fast I improved with R&R Physical Therapy. I have been living with this pain for so long and within a few sessions everything’s changed. My sleep, standing, sitting and movement has become so much easier with all the techniques he has shown me. Jeff Rau really takes the time to listen and then works with me towards the goal. Do yourself a favor and make that appointment!!
