Joining ChargedUp University was hands down, one of the best business decisions I've ever made! Over the years, I've gained a wealth of knowledge about wholesaling real estate, creative investing, and general business principles. That said, I can see how this coaching program has and continues to help me develop as an entrepreneur and investor.

Thus far, I have used these skills to close my first wholesale deal in 2022. A year later, I tackled and sold my first fix & flip. I am proud of these accomplishments, but it has not all been a bed of roses. Building a real estate business WILL require consistency. It is GOING to take daily effort and determination.
