Charged up University has been the most rewarding aspect of my Wholesaling Journey thus far. I had known for years that mentorship/coaching was an essential component of success, yet I continued to hold off on taking action because I feared that I might invest in a group or coach who cared only about getting the money. The most inspiring aspect of the gathering was the fact that the nation's most elite Real Estate Investors paid out of their own pockets to put on the seminar, pass on the knowledge, and create generational wealth by bestowing that wisdom to the attendees. The temperature on my thermostat went up after that event and has never gone back down since.
